What are your reservations and cancellation policies?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior for all major holiday reservations.
A Damage deposit of $1,000 usd is required for all reservations and is refundable 2-3 weeks after departure.
Any changes or cancellations made more than 45 days prior to a non holiday arrival are subject to a 10% service charge.
Any changes or cancellations made less than 45 days prior to a non holiday arrival are refundable only if the villa is re-rented and is subject to a 10% service charge.
Any early departure from the property will result in the full stay charge.
HOLIDAYS: Any changes or cancellations made on a holiday reservation are refundable only if the villa is re-rented and is subject to a 10% service charge. If the changes are made more than 90 days prior to the holiday arrival and we are unable to re-rent the villa you will receive a credit valid within the next 12months. Any changes or cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival that we are unable to re-rent will charged full price.

Can you purchase my groceries?

Yes, for our rentals we include the purchasing and pre stocking of items for your arrival

What is the maximum occupancy per villa?

To determine the maximum occupancy for a specific villa, add 2 to the number specified in villa features. Additional cost per extra person applies.

What are the taxes in Cabo?

11% TAX
3% HOSPITALITY TAX

What are the customary tips in Los Cabos?

While the general tipping rule is 15-20%, you will find a detailed tipping guide in our house book.

Does the housekeeping help wash our clothes?

Personal laundry is not among the tasks of our housekeepers. Should you require help, you may ask your housekeeper directly and pay for the service separately. This charge cannot be added to your final bill. The company does not take any responsibility on this agreement between the client and the housekeeper.

What are the restrictions and policies related to special events?

2 Nights minimum stay.
All vendors involved with the function must be approved by Lifestyle Villas.
All flatware, china, dishes and glassware for the wedding, party or function must be rented or provided by your cater and must also do all cleanup after the event.
An advanced deposit (50%) is due at the moment of signing the Rental Agreement.
Final Payment (50%) is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Security deposit is equal to one night rent, refundable 1-2 weeks.
Any changes or cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date are refundable if the villa is re-rented, subject to a 10% administration fee.
Parking and road space limited. Please arrange shuttle services.

Each Villa has different policies regarding amplified music, fireworks, etc. and should be followed as indicated in the rental agreement.

What is the maximum number of guests per event?

The number varies according to the villa dimensions, but cannot exceed 80 guests.

Can we use our wedding coordinator and their services in your villa?

Yes.

Do you provide driving directions for the villas?

Yes, please contact your Destination Specialist for driving directions to your villa.

Do you offer handicapped facilities?

Yes, Casa Stamm has recently been remodeled in order to accommodate the special needs of our handicapped guests.

Renting a car is a better alternative.

We work with Amerimed Hospital to offer the most professional and bilingual local emergency service. In case medical air evacuation becomes necessary, we work with ATI Med Assure who offers annual memberships starting at $199 USD per person.

Are there safety deposit boxes in each room?

Yes. Your concierge will indicate the box location and instructions at check-in.

Are pets allowed in the villas?

Yes, Casa Stamm is our pet-friendly villa. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in other villas.

Is the airport pick-up included in the price of my rental?

Absolutely. All our villas are located in gated communities and the area of Los Cabos is tranquil and safe.

When is the high season in Los Cabos?

Our high season is November 1 - May 31.

Is there wireless Internet in the villa?

Yes, every villa has high-speed Internet connection.

Is the pool in the villa heated?

Yes

Can I have a cook in the villa?

Yes, we offer cook and chef services upon request.

Are there safes in the villas?

Yes. There are safes in the master & junior bedrooms. Your concierge will indicate the box location and instructions at check-in.

Is there a first aid kit in the house?

Yes, each villa has a first aid kit. You´ll find it in the kitchen.

Can I plug in my I Pod to the sound system?

Yes.

Does the house have table games?

Yes.

Do you offer babysitting services?

Yes.

Can we have a butler?

Yes, in addition to your Personal Concierge, we offer butler services upon request at additional charge.

Is tap water safe to drink?

All our villas have purified water. This means that yes, you can drink from the tap. The water supply comes from our area mountains, filters through natural sand beds, before entering the modern aqueduct for distribution. We still recommend drinking bottled water as the taste is more familiar.

Can I use my cell phone in Los Cabos?

Yes, most mobile phone providers offer coverage in Los Cabos. However we recommend that you verify with your provider directly before you travel.

Are American dollars accepted in Los Cabos or do I need pesos?

American dollars are widely accepted in the area. You can also easily exchange currency at the airport, hotel, or any bank. We recommend keeping your money in dollars exchanging as needed. Through Lifestyle we are able to cash your US checks with a 4% cashing fee & are also available to exchange money for you while you are here.

Is the beach safe for swimming?

The majority of beaches where our villas are located are swimmable. However, it may vary by season so confirm with your Personal Concierge at check-in.

What is the distance from the villa to nightlife, shopping and the airport?

Nightlife & shopping: from villas 10-20 minutes driving distance; from Medano Beach walking distance. Airport: 30-60 minutes driving distance.

What type of transportation do you recommend while in Los Cabos?

We invite you to take advantage of our private transportation services where you can enjoy late model luxury suburban SUV’s with bilingual driver, cool facial towels and ice-cold bottled water at similar rates. NOTE: Please keep in mind that under new government regulations, all private transportation must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance for tours and other activities, and at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers.
