Accidental Damage Protection covers accidental damages to a rental unit during your stay. If accidental damage should occur, the cost and coordination of repairs will be handled between the LIFESTYLE Villas and Rental Guardian. Many property managers also use this popular product as an alternative to a security deposit program.
The Global Rental Property Waiver is typically sold with each booking, guaranteeing protection for both the traveler and property owner against accidental damages. The Accidental Rental Damage Protection must be purchased at time of reservation.
